Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Damages & Issues

Product Condition & Expectations

Due to the nature of metal products and collectible items, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and may not qualify for returns or refunds.

These may include:

  • Small surface marks, scratches, or finish variations
  • Minor paint inconsistencies or manufacturing marks
  • Slight looseness or stiffness in moving parts

Packaging & Boxes:
Some items may arrive with minor packaging wear due to handling and shipping. This may include:

  • Small dents, creases, or corner wear
  • Light scuffing or surface marks on boxes

These are considered normal and may not qualify for a return or refund, as the product itself remains unaffected.

Deals/Discounted Items:
Products sold at a discount due to packaging damage or cosmetic imperfections are clearly marked and sold as-is. These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Used or damaged items (not due to defect)
  • Items with only minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or discounted due to packaging damage

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our support team and let us know the item you would like instead.

If the requested item has a higher value than your original order, we will inform you of any additional cost before proceeding.

The fastest way to process an exchange is:

  2. Once your return is approved, contact support with your preferred replacement item

Refunds

If approved:
